We value your business and are committed to providing a seamless shopping experience from the moment you place your order to when it arrives at your doorstep or you collect from our designated pickup location. Below is our shipping policy, detailing the shipping methods, costs, and delivery timelines we offer.

1. General Information

All orders are processed within 2 business days to our supplier. As we print all orders on demand, orders typically take 2-3 weeks from the date of order. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipping Method Options

  • Standard Shipping: Takes approximately 4 to 8 business days. Cost: $15AUD Flat Rate.

Pick Up Options

  • Pick Up – From North Wollongong Surf Club (1A Cliff Rd, Wollongong NSW 2500)

If this method is chosen we will contact you to organise a time and date for pick-up.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

North Beach Daily is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damages

North Beach Daily is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

6. International Shipping Policy

We offer international shipping upon request. Shipping rates and fees may vary depending on the delivery address for your order. Please contact us for more information.
